Note: Genzonix Dispatch LLC is not a motor carrier and not a freight broker. All dispatching services are administrative in nature and performed remotely.
Pricing & Payments
All services are customized per client. Before starting any work, clients receive:
- A written quote with pricing breakdown
- Clear scope of work and deliverables
- Payment terms (percentage-based or weekly fees for dispatch)
- Agreement on all terms before commencement
No work begins until the client approves the price and scope.
Delivery Policy
Dispatch Services
Service delivery includes load sourcing, booking, sending rate confirmations, broker coordination, and route planning. Completion timelines depend on carrier acceptance and broker schedules.
Digital Services
All digital deliverables (websites, apps, graphics, marketing materials, dashboards) are delivered electronically via email, cloud storage, or shared portals. Timelines are established during project scoping.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Dispatch Services
- No refunds after loads are booked
- Carrier may cancel the dispatch agreement with 3-day written notice
- Dispatch fees for already-booked loads remain payable
Digital Services
- Full refund if project has not yet started
- Partial refund if work is in progress (based on completion)
- No refund after final delivery of completed work
Client Responsibilities
For Dispatch Services:
- Provide accurate truck, trailer, and driver information
- Notify dispatcher promptly of delays, breakdowns, or emergencies
- Confirm all loads before booking
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations at all times
- Ensure valid MC authority and active insurance
For Digital Services:
- Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback
- Provide access to necessary accounts or platforms
Liability Disclaimer
Genzonix Dispatch LLC is not liable for:
- Delays caused by brokers, shippers, or external parties
- Weather-related disruptions or equipment breakdowns
- Accidents, safety violations, or carrier operational errors
- Late broker payments or non-payment
- Indirect losses, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity
Our role is limited to professional digital and administrative support services.
Privacy Policy
We collect basic information necessary to deliver our services:

- Company and business details
- Documents required for dispatch (MC authority, insurance, W9)
- Project requirements and preferences
